4. Pre-selection and Internal Screening by Motiba

Our team reviews CVs and conducts initial assessments to ensure the candidates meet the job profile before presenting them to you.

5. Submission of Suitable Candidate Profiles to Employers

We send you a shortlist of candidates, including their CVs and qualifications, for your review.

6. Motiba Supports on Request (Coordination, Technical Setup)
If needed, we assist with interview coordination and technical setups to ensure everything runs smoothly.

7. Employer Organizes and Conducts Online Interviews
