We act as a single, reliable point of contact, simplifying your international hiring process.
1. Role Definition & Hiring Alignment
We work with you to define the job profile, required qualifications, and hiring criteria based on your operational needs and German market requirements.
2. International Candidate Sourcing & Pre-Screening
Through our international network, we identify and pre-screen qualified candidates based on technical skills, language level, and relocation readiness. You receive within 10–14 days: A shortlist of 3–5 pre-qualified candidates ready for interview.
3. Candidate Presentation & Selection for Interviews
You review the shortlisted profiles and select the candidates you wish to interview, based on your specific requirements and preferences.
4. Interview Phase
You conduct structured online interviews with selected candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit. Motiba supports coordination and technical setup if needed.
5. Final Selection & Hiring
You select your preferred candidate, and we support you in coordinating the offer, contract, and next steps of the hiring process.
6. Visa, Recognition & Administrative Process
We manage the full administrative process to ensure a legally compliant and efficient hiring process in Germany, including visa procedures and qualification recognition.
7. Candidate Preparation & Integration Support
Before arrival, candidates are prepared through language support, cultural orientation, and job-specific guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
8. Arrival & Onboarding
We support both employer and candidate during onboarding to ensure successful integration and long-term employment.
Follow-Up & Long-Term Support
Our commitment doesn’t end once you arrive. We remain available to provide follow-up checks, assist with any questions, and ensure you’re settling in well with your new employer. We help both candidates and employers ensure a smooth and long-term partnership.
